These are the terms of use of Whatscan Web- Story Saver. These terms of use constitute a legally 

binding agreement that operates between the company

 (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the developers”, “owner”) and the end user of the app (“you”, “your”).

 Please read the terms carefully. By using our App, you are agreeing to accept and comply with 

these terms.   

By downloading our app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of use,

 and agree to be bound by them. If you find anything conflicting with your interests, 

please do not download this app. 

Changes in Terms and Conditions 

 We have the right to change, revise, modify, or replace these terms at any time. We will

 ensure reasonable measures to update you about revised terms. Please note that it’s

 your responsibility to frequently review the terms of use for any modification or change.

 If you continue to access or use our app after the revisions or modifications in terms

 and conditions apply, this shall indicate your acknowledgment of modified terms of use. 

You agree to accept the modified terms and are bound to follow the modified terms. 

If you have any objections to the new terms, we request you to stop using our service 

and contact our support team for assistance. 

Communications

By using our App and Service, you agree to subscribe to notifications and other

 information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of

Purchases

If you wish to buy any product made available through Service (“Purchase”), 

you may be asked to provide certain information related to your Purchase including but 

not limited to, your credit card or debit card number and the expiration date of your card.

 In case of a refund, you can get a refund by following the Google Play

 Policy- https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#policy.  

No purchased transactions will be refunded after 48 hours from the purchasing time. 

Note: 

You represent and validate that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or another

 payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you

 provide to us is correct, and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and account if any breach of terms is suspected. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority. We ensure to remove any of your privacy concerns.  Please go through

 the Privacy Policy of our app before downloading the app.

Eligibility

Our Products and Services and the agreement is for eighteen (18) years or older.  If you are between

 the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) and you wish to use our services and products

 then the agreement must be read by your parents before downloading the app. Our services 

are not for any person under the age of thirteen (13). You agree to all the terms and conditions

 by downloading the app and becoming legally bound to follow them. If you are not of legal age

 to have a contract with us or if your guardian has not agreed to the terms of use then you are

 prohibited to use or access our products and services by applicable law.

General Terms 

The App allows you to use multiple accounts of wa on a single device.  The app allows the user 

to directly send text messages and make calls without saving numbers. The app also offers QR

 code scanner and generator along with barcode scanner and generator. There is an additional

 feature of text repetition. 

Please note that the app is designed only for personal non-commercial use.

Permissions

When you use our apps and services, you provide us with your content and files (“Your objects”).

 Your objects are yours. These terms only give us limited rights to your objects just to

 offer you the services our App offers. Our App offers to edit, share, and delete files. 

These and other features which our App offers may require your permission to access your

 objects. You give us permission for all these features and this permission may extend to

 trusted parties we work with. 

Intellectual Property 

The App, its services and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), its 

features, functionality, UI/UX, service, background images, illustrations, and artwork of

 the app are and will remain the exclusive property, we will be bound to take lawful action

 against the person, group, or community to defend our reserved rights. Our services are

 protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and foreign countries. Nobody can use 

our trademarks in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent

 of our company.  

Termination 

You are free to stop using our services and app at any time. In case of breach of terms 

of use, we also reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of our services

 immediately, without any prior notice or liability. 

Upon cancellation, you will not be able to access or use our service.

Subscriptions 

You can enjoy our app’s premium features by subscribing to our payment plan.

The app offers 02 types of plans: 

• Monthly Subscription 

$0.99 for 01 month 

• Annual Subscription 

$9.99 for 01 year 

Your subscription will automatically renew if it is not canceled within 24 hours before

 your current subscription expires. However, if you want to disable this option, you 

can do it by adjusting your settings. You can not cancel the subscription once purchased.

 Your Subscription will renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle, under the same terms

 and conditions unless you may cancel it or the company cancels it.

Money Return Policy 

In case of a refund, you can get a refund by following the Google Play

Fee Changes and New Offers 

We have the right to modify and revise the subscription fee at any time. We may add a new

 offer for users to enjoy. However, the modified subscription fee and fee for any other offer will be

 affordable. The fee changes will be valid at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Prior notice will

 be served to you about any fee changes or new offers. This will give you the opportunity to 

reconsider and terminate your subscription or switch if you want before any changes become valid. 

Governing Law 

The terms and conditions specified in the agreement are written and created in agreement with the laws

 of the country in which the app is being used. 

Any failure to impose a right or provision of these terms and conditions, this agreement shall not be deemed

 a waiver of that right or term. If any provision of those terms and conditions is held to be invalid or

 inapplicable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will continue to be in effect.

Links To Other Websites 

Our service may also include third-party links or services that are not retained or controlled by us.

 Thus, we will not be liable for any security breach, irrelevant content, or unwanted ads presented by them. 

We strongly recommend you not provide any of your personal information to third-party links or services.

Disclaimer 

Your use of app and services is at your own discretion. Our team, employees,  programmers, or anyone 

who is related directly or indirectly is not responsible for any loss. The loss may involve security violations,

 viruses, deletion of data,  loss of profits, misconduct of any third-party link or service, intangible loss, and

 confidentiality breach. 

We strongly commend that you immediately contact us just in case of any above-mentioned damage.
